SLVR Unit 11, Block 4, Lot 15 - 5 Acres.  Cash price is $3,650 with $650 down followed by 15 monthly payments of $200

This parcel is a typical San Luis Valley Ranch parcel - located a little bit to the east of the subdivision.  It has native vegetation, is a corner lot, and there may be a neighbor to the west of this lot.  We encourage our buyers to look at the land before they purchase and we do remind our buyers that they have to obey the Alamosa County Land Use Rules and Regulations in terms of obtaining permits, building structures, and putting in a septic system.  We estimate that in addition to the land, another $15K minimum is needed for land improvement for a well and septic.  The cost of housing is on top of that price.  We allow temporary camping but no building or living on our land until it is paid in full.

Directions:  From the western edge of the town of Blanca, drive 3.8 miles west on U.S. Highway 160 to a right turn into the SLVR subdivision.  Head north on Vine Ave. 1.5 miles to 13th St., turn left.  Take quick right on Grant Rd., then quick left onto 13th (again).  Drive west on 13th to the next intersection at Palm Ave.  Lot begins 330 feet further west on 13th, to the right (north), extending 660 feet north.  See attached map for orientation.
